Swap my shift

Now and again, you might need to swap a shift. The best way of doing this is to find a colleague who wants to swap with you and check with your manager that this is OK. If you have trouble finding somebody who wants to swap, ask your manager if they can help – they might know somebody who can cover. Alternatively, they may be able to arrange for you to have unpaid time off, take holiday or make the time up.
