A first aider

Training as a first aider is a great way to integrate into the working community, learn new skills and gain recognition both inside and outside the business. I'm passionate about the safety of my colleagues, and enjoy the challenge that comes with learning new skills alongside the responsibility of my full time role.

It's up to me to keep first aid kits stocked, to offer advice to colleagues and, if an accident happens, administer first aid quickly and effectively. With one first aider per 25 people, I have to be on hand to help in all kinds of circumstances.
