Our award-winning Springboard women's development programme is a key part of our Gender Action Plan. With a focus on issues in the workplace and at home, the programme allows women to assess their current situation, decide their next steps for personal and work development, and gain the skills and attitude they need to take these steps.

If you’re ready to discover your full potential, join the waiting list for the development programme today. Once you’ve been accepted, you’ll combine self-paced learning with a specially researched workbook, support networks, role models and one-day workshops over a three-month period. By the end of the programme, you’ll know what you want and have the confidence to go and get it.
